The Cleveland Archival Roundtable proudly announces a Spring 2010

Register soon for this exciting, new Spring 2010 workshop, worth one graduate credit:

“Basics of Archival Arrangement, Description, and Cataloging”

Workshop Description:

The main objective is to understand the basic concepts and principles behind the arrangement and description.  The key point is that arrangement and later description is a process not a product.   Records processing is the bridge between the records and their use by a variety of researchers.

** The workshop is sponsored by the Kent State University School of Library and Information Science in conjunction with the College of Continuing Studies.
